Bryan County Real Estate
A great climate and the vibrant economy of coastal Georgia are only a couple of the reasons people flock to Bryan County. One of the fastest growing counties in the nation, it’s immediate proximity to Savannah helps to make it a perfect place to settle for those looking for opportunity, great schools, and a small town feel with city connections.
Bryan County is a county of two halves in that it is divided by Ft. Stewart, a Army base. The base intersects the county creating the northern and southern ends. The northern end is easily accessible from I-16, convenient for those traveling between Savannah and Atlanta. Pembroke, the county seat, is approximately 11 miles from I-16. The southern end of the county is easily accessible from I-95, with two existing exits for Richmond Hill and another planned for the very near future.
Bryan County often becomes home for many of our retired military as they fall in love with the area while stationed here. Some choose to stay when they retire while others return after retirement to begin a second career. The mild winters, all the benefits of coastal living, and being within driving distance to so many larger cities and airports makes Bryan County a great place to settle.
